We put money in to deal with opioids then, that and 21st Century Cures that Mr. Upton and Ms. DeGette helped lead the effort on. I know at NIH they are working day and night, as they are in other institutions, to find a nonaddictive pain management medicine. We wish them Godspeed in that effort, Mr. Speaker.
