Mr. Speaker, I yield myself such time as I may consume. I want to thank the gentlewoman from Delaware, my friend, for her work on this and so many other pieces of legislation and our work together. We have had a good run. There is still more work to be done in the next 40-some days, but I thank her for her kind comments and her good work. Again, Mr. Speaker, I urge passage, and I reserve the balance of my time.
