I think that we send today a message that the United States is a trustee. It is a trustee and has a legal duty, an enforceable legal duty to manage the public resources in the most responsible manner. And that means getting the best value for our resources. So, Mr. Chairman, I hope next year, and I feel very confident that this issue will come again. I will not be in this Congress next year. I will be watching from the sidelines. But I think that next year we will move our forests to the way that it was supposed to be, for public use, not for private use.
