women serving the Federal Government deserve the same civil rights as all American women, but with this bill the extreme antichoice Members of Congress want to deny the more than 1 million women the right to comprehensive insurance coverage. I urge the House: Reverse this sad and unfair decision. This is a decision in this bill which harms women. I urge the support of the Hoyer amendment.
