I could not agree more. It's our small and midsized farmers who are some of the best stewards of our land. Many of those farmers talk to me about climate change. They're worried. They're outside every day, seeing the impact changing weather has on their topsoil, crop patterns, and water availability. They're the people who experienced the 3,527 weather records that were broken last year, and they're the ones asking Congress to help them.
