Mr. Speaker, I just have to note that my dear friend from West Virginia, a woman I deeply respect, would have reliance on fossil fuel for energy security. In her own State of West Virginia, the cheapest sources of power are renewable energy sources like wind and solar, which we incentivized with our policies and all of our Republican friends voted against. The market has made a judgment that these are the most cost-effective ways to generate energy. Mr. Speaker, I yield 2 minutes to the gentlewoman from California (Ms. Chu).
