I am extremely happy to mention that just 2 days ago the bill to remove the wolf from the endangered species list passed...
This legislation would invest in state wildlife programs such as congressionally-mandated State Wildlife Action Plans.
Isn't it the ratepayers of the Northwest that are now going to be saddled with the burden?
