I just want to briefly yield myself such time as I may consume to make a quick point. My friend is saying there is no money for Border Patrol and the military. Whose custody do you think those children are in for the first couple of days? The problems are actually at those facilities. They have not been identified at Health and Human Services, other than they are just simply too full because my friends have spent so much time arguing about this rather than giving the administration the money that it asked for in a timely fashion, 2 months ago.
