These amendments that are going to come up here are either going to win or lose. Some of them are going to lose. Some of the time, my friend and I are actually going to be voting the same way on those amendments. Other times, we will vote differently. We will certainly vote differently at the end of the day when it comes time to vote on the bill.…”
