Mr. Chairman, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will report the amendment. The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to provide housing on a military installation to an alien (as defined in section 101(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101(a)) who-- (1) is an unaccompanied minor; and (2) is not a dependent of a member of the Armed Forces. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 628, the gentleman from Oklahoma and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
