I remind my friend that we worked with our friends to pass four bills, $3 trillion in the last 10 weeks. We would work with the majority again if they would sit down and bargain with us. Sadly, they decided not to do that. Mr. Speaker, I yield 2 minutes to the gentleman from Texas (Mr. Arrington), who is a member of the Ways and Means Committee.
