The amendment is as follows: (Purpose: To prohibit Federal funds from being used to meet the matching requirements of other Federal Programs) On page 104, line 12, strike ``Provided further'' and all that follows through ``use of any such funds'' on line 18, and insert ``Provided further, That for all match requirements applicable to funds made available under this heading for this fiscal year and prior years, a grantee may not use as a source of match funds other funds administered by the Secretary and other Federal agencies''.
