The amendment (No. 4491), as modified, is as follows: At the appropriate place insert the following: SEC. __. REFORMS TO THE DEFENSE TRAVEL SYSTEM TO A FEE-FOR- USE-OF-SERVICE SYSTEM. No later than one year after the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense may not obligate or expend any funds related to the Defense Travel System except those funds obtained through a one-time, fixed price service fee per DOD customer utilizing the system with an additional fixed fee for each transaction.”
