As stewards of the Federal purse, we should be ensuring that we are doing all that we can to save taxpayer dollars and create efficiency in Government.

That is not partisan. That is just due to the fact that there is not a commitment to reconciliation and working together to get things done.

The three Cs. Communicate and compromise, those are the secrets for a vibrant democracy.
