I cannot believe that when you execute a strategy to take advantage of greater knowledge within your firm to increase the return for your firm that you can at the same time sit there and tell you are not taking advantage of the knowledge from the other areas of the firm.
Coburn questions the plausibility of not using firm knowledge for strategic advantage.

We have a very serious problem from the point of view of deterring particularly a country such as Iran or North Korea.
