I understand what the Senator from Louisiana is trying to do, but it goes toward the bigger problems of GSA. I will give you a great example. In my hometown they are building a brand new U.S. Attorney's Office with four other sites that are available that could have been leased, and they are going to lease this one as well. So leasing doesn't solve the problem. What we need to attack is the inefficiencies and ineffectiveness of GSA. I am sure we will take a voice vote on this, but I am not sure I agree with the solution of the Senator from Louisiana.
