We have a very serious problem from the point of view of deterring particularly a country such as Iran or North Korea.

People--if they are not being held accountable, they do not want to be held accountable--and transparency is what holds them accountable.

People say, 'Well, they are not crazy.' But sometimes individual government leaders such as Adolf Hitler are mad north by northwest.

I am proud of the really collegial effort that we are privileged to take part in.
