The Post Office has to continue to be able to trim its costs in a way that is both ethical and proper; it has to figure out how to achieve greater revenues; and, finally, the third option--which is not an option--is to have the taxpayers of this country bail it out.

That is not partisan. That is just due to the fact that there is not a commitment to reconciliation and working together to get things done.
As stewards of the Federal purse, we should be ensuring that we are doing all that we can to save taxpayer dollars and create efficiency in Government.
