On the recordApril 4, 1995
I have a great deal of difficulty in my own experience in surveys similar to this in this very delicate area of teenage sexuality in ascertaining whether or not we have parents' consent without written parents' consent. Because in my experience the majority of the time we do not have parents' consent, even though we have a recognition that we did. I think this is a very definable addition to this bill, and I think written consent is the least that we can do if we are going to ask these types of questions of children.
