Here is what he said in his article. One need not doubt the lingering effects of racism in our society to reject the above claims. Harvard law professor Randall Kennedy and other scholars remind us that racial prejudice still exists in the jury box. He didn't deny it. He said it did. You just heard the opposite of that. What he said is: As an African American, I am among the first to condemn it. We did not hear any of that. And what was just said about what Jerome Holmes wrote, he condemns it. He can't be trusted.
