It just drives me nuts that we continue to spend money on programs that do not achieve anything without truly reforming.

the GAO, some time ago, listed out 47 job training programs for the nondisabled, of which all but 3 duplicated at least another one.

We do not have a metric on a one of them. We are spending billions. We know we want more science and technology, engineering and math.
