The amendment is as follows: (Purpose: To improve access to postal services in communities potentially affected by a postal closing or consolidation) On page 40, strike lines 16 through 18 and insert the following: ``(iv) to provide postal services to the community served by the post office-- ``(I) through a rural carrier; or ``(II) by co-locating an employee of the Postal Service at a commercial or government entity; The PRESIDING OFFICER.
