(b) Employees Described.-- (1) In general.--Subsection (a) shall apply only to employees who-- (A) are employed by the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research, the Center for Devices and Radiological Health, or the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research; and (B) are involved in the review of drugs, devices, or biological products.…”
