I appreciate the comments of my colleague, and question. The next amendment I would like to call up is amendment No. 767, which requires all legislation to be reviewed before it is considered by the Senate to determine whether duplicative or overlapping programs are created. I ask that that amendment be called up and the pending amendment be set aside. The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. Is there objection?
