I would just recommend it. We are proud of the success of the Career Tech Program in Oklahoma. It is highly successful.

The first step in measuring the results of a government program is creating an inventory of all Federal programs.

It just drives me nuts that we continue to spend money on programs that do not achieve anything without truly reforming.
