If we really want to move forward, what we have to do is change the dynamic at the FDA.
Perhaps it would be great to have a Subcommittee hearing just on this.
This bill makes a state out of the neutral land that houses the Federal Government.
I think it is important that we allow the President the staff to meet the demands that are placed upon him.
