That is an important point that the President has never mentioned. No matter what the surpluses are in the future, no matter how great they are, saving all Social Security money for Social Security plus all the rest of it will never save enough money to be able to meet the obligations for the babies born from 1942 on. We will never get out of the hole. So something has to happen. I think that is the gentleman's point.
