Do you not think that the American people deserve to be able to go online and see what all the programs are and where their money gets spent...

It just drives me nuts that we continue to spend money on programs that do not achieve anything without truly reforming.

We do not have a metric on a one of them. We are spending billions. We know we want more science and technology, engineering and math.

Gene, your thoughts on that?
