So let me ask the gentleman a question, if I might. Is it possible to balance our budget and pay off the debt; and can we do that and meet the obligations that we have made to the people in this country that depend on us?

As stewards of the Federal purse, we should be ensuring that we are doing all that we can to save taxpayer dollars and create efficiency in Government.
