if you have HIV today and you don't have health insurance and you are standing in line to get HIV retrovirus therapy and heart therapy and they tell you they don't have enough money, you are out of luck. In this country, where we have invested so much in this disease, to put anybody out of luck--we have invested a lot of money in the ADAP program, but it is not enough, and people are dying every year in this country because we are not doing it.
