Is this not throwing up red flags? Is there not something that we can do at a more aggressive rate than just simply looking into it?

I can't get that out of my head. You can't convince me that nearly half of those on the Part D need these type of prescribed drugs.

The numbers speak for themselves. I don't know how many hearings we have had of this.
