None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to enforce the final rule entitled ``Oil and Natural Gas Sector: Emission Standards for New, Reconstructed, and Modified Sources'' published by the Environmental Protection Agency in the Federal Register on June 3, 2016 (81 Fed. Reg. 35824). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 504, the gentleman from Oklahoma (Mr. Mullin) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
