Mr. Chair, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will report the amendment. The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. Beginning on November 8, 2016, through January 20, 2017, none of the funds made available by this Act may be used to propose or finalize a regulatory action that is likely to result in a rule that may have an annual effect on the economy of $100,000,000 or more, as specified in section 3(f)(1) of Executive Order No. 12866 of September 30, 1993. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 743, the gentleman from Oklahoma and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Oklahoma.
