Regulations cause problems. Certainly, when you have extraneous regulations like you all are experiencing, it is very difficult.

Like my colleague said, no matter where you go, you do not have to be a doctor, you can be a patient.

This is one of the number one issues, if not the number one issue in America today to figure this out.
