It is unconscionable that we would continue to ignore our Nation's smallest firms that desperately need this assistance.

We owe it to them to discuss further ways to streamline the process.

I urge my colleagues to take action to help the small businesses in each of their districts across the country.

It is important that we do. And we do not attack one another for political gain.
