As many of you know, I have been a small business owner in the restaurant industry for over 35 years.

It is unconscionable that we would continue to ignore our Nation's smallest firms that desperately need this assistance.

We owe it to them to discuss further ways to streamline the process.

It is important that we do. And we do not attack one another for political gain.
