I think it is disingenuous... to say that no one is going to pay a single cent.

It is wonderful to have somebody there that actually has lived it and seen it in his entire life.

We have to figure out how to remove these impediments to really moving health care forward in the 21st century.

It is just common sense, and I urge my colleagues to vote ``yes'' on this essential legislation.
