We have to figure out how to remove these impediments to really moving health care forward in the 21st century.
Secretary Mayorkas's tenure has been one willful destruction to the United States beyond the point of incompetence.
It is the foremost duty of Government to protect its citizens against harm to one's life, liberty, and property.
It is wonderful to have somebody there that actually has lived it and seen it in his entire life.
