I wanted to clarify that this legislation only applies to federally funded in whole or in part surveys, questionnaires, interview instruments. Most of those were not that. It is possible that the Federal might fund something like that. I cannot quite believe it. But that still leaves the local State, the local school district, as I think the gentleman would agree, to have such surveys.
