Mr. Speaker, I think as most would agree from their comments, this is a very innovative, progressive piece of legislation, one that is bipartisan in nature, which will meet needs all over this country and help provide home ownership for a lot of our citizens who are at the poverty level in this country and cannot afford access to housing. Mr. Speaker, I look forward to the passage of this legislation.
