I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used by the Department of Energy to reinstate the general license for export of special nuclear material, source material, and deuterium for nuclear end use to the People's Republic of China or to fund specific licenses for exportation of nuclear materials to the People's Republic of China. The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 1370, the gentleman from Oklahoma (Mr. Brecheen) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Oklahoma.
