If you're looking for something to do to dramatically impact the CNG world, seems to me that we've got this kind of a do loop going on.
One of the ways we lessen our dependence on foreign oil is focusing on natural gas.
We could do it in a better fashion by... not taxing people and having a carbon trading system scheme.
I'd like to see it, you know, a large percent of our electric generation, but it's not going to be for a long, long time.
We can do it in a different way. I think we need to look at this and look at long-term natural gas strategy.
There would be a memorandum of an agreement that outlines the relationships where there is an interface between the two agencies.
I would also like to thank Representative Kirkpatrick for introducing this bill and for all of her work on this issue.
