The challenge is, and you are probably aware we have had a number of deaths in Oklahoma and Arkansas over the last few days, and as you can imagine, when the priority of NOAA is to save lives and property, which is what you have told us the priority is, and yet the research elements are going to climate research as opposed to what we know we can do, which is save lives and property today, we are doing this in the State of Oklahoma, which is the State I represent.
