Well, I think the gentleman is going to have to look at both accounts because the amount recommended, the gentleman from Indiana is right, is $144 million more than the amount requested by the administration, but $525 million less than the amount provided in the fiscal year 1996. So I think we have to look at the development assistance fund, the child survival fund, and the African fund if we do not have those in there. So I think that we have to look at, if we want to compare cuts, we have to look at all three of the funds that we are talking about.
