We will be glad to work with the gentleman and the victims of Tropical Storm Allison. We are happy to work with the gentleman in that capacity to provide funding if funds become available. I have talked to the gentleman from Texas (Mr. DeLay) about this, who is also from the Houston area. He is concerned about it. We intend to work with the gentleman from Texas (Mr. Bentsen), and the entire Texas delegation to provide whatever assistance we can.
