But I went to Israel and at 2 o'clock in the morning met with then Prime Minister Netanyahu and he admitted that the economy there was now such because of the benevolency and the assistance of the United States, the economy was such that they could begin responsible reduction of economic support to Israel, and that process has been now for the last 4 years, and I have cut their economic assistance by nearly $120 million a year, so nearly $500 million. And so the argument that the financial assistance for military financing is moot, because the bottom line is I have cut Israel $60 million a year net for the last 4 years because the Israeli government agreed to that.
