There is a Supreme Court ruling that just came out dealing with the Mortgage Bankers Association and the issue of interpretive rules.

My first response on that was, what is an interpretive rule? Is that clearly defined in law what an interpretive rule is?

Well, that would be the independent agency that is sitting out there that is outside the bounds of everything.
