What I am trying to figure out is, in going back to some of the prior conversation, if they are in foster care in my State and they are not showing up for hearings or we do not know where they live or they are not answering a phone call, someone goes to check on them to be able to find out where are you, why are you not showing up for a hearing, and why are you not engaged.
