There are a lot of things that I oppose in government. Duplication is one of those. Clarity is best done when it is clear and it is said one time and it is consistent. It is already very clear. Individuals, partnerships, associations, corporations, and educational and nonprofit institutions are included in this. All those who are impacted can step up in front of an agency and say: we will be impacted. You are a person; you are a citizen; you are an individual. You have an opportunity to be able to come and join into that conversation. We believe strongly that you should have the opportunity, if you are impacted, to get your voice heard. Again, the Federal Government works for people; people don't work for the Federal Government. So when you are impacted, you should also have a voice as well. With that, I yield back the balance of my time.
