The clerk will report the concurrent resolution by title. The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A concurrent resolution (S. Con. Res. 31) recognizing the importance and significance of the 2020 Census and encouraging individuals, families, and households across the United States to participate in the 2020 Census to ensure a complete and accurate count. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the concurrent resolution.
